G-Invoicing Patches 35321332 and 35399975 Fail Installation With Error Calling FNDLOAD Function (Doc ID 2955546.1)

Symptoms

When applying patch 35321332: G-Invoicing Mar-23 incremental patch to manage performance integration between G-Invoicing and oracle projects

or applying patch 35399975: 1OFF: BUG 35391768 - SFO ORDERS STATUS DOES NOT CHANGE FROM PENDING FUNDS AFTER REVENUE BUDGET

The log file US_pabcp_ldt.log will contain the following information:

Error calling FNDLOAD function.

Uploading from the data file /u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/pabcp.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct(120.7.12020000.8), /u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/pabcp.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct(120.7.12020000.8) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/pabcp.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
A syntax error occurred at line 772 in file /u01/install/APPS/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/pabcp.ldt

The patch log files may have the following information:

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

An entity data line was expected

Autopatch error:
Error running SQL and EXEC commands in parallel
