Bills of Material, Resources form does not display the Employees and Contingent Workers who are terminated in HR. (Doc ID 2955564.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Bills/Routings Setup
When attempting to query an instance/employee, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Employee is currently assigned to this resource. Action: Select another employee who are not assigned to the resource.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Enterprise Asset Management responsibility: Setup / Routing / Departments / Resources / Instances - employee xxx is present
2. From Enterprise Asset Management responsibility: Setup / Routing / Resources / Employees button - employee xxx is not present.
3. The above error appears.

The issue can also be observed in Bill Of Material Responsibility with the following steps:

1. Open Resources form.
2. Choose any Person Type resource.
3. Go to Employees and add an Employee or Contingent Worker.
4. Come back to HR responsibility.
5. End Employment(as of previous day).
6. Now, come back to Resources form.
7. Go to Employees and observe that the Employee added in step 3 is not visible.
