Symptoms
Attempting to credit a transaction and system is throwing the following error:
ERROR

An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Brazil Receivables Localization responsibility.
2. Consult the invoice in Accounts Receivables (AR) Invoices/Transactions.
3. Click On Actions -> Credit.
4. Select Lines and Tax, click “Save” and notice the given error
