Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Absence hours are being populated in the timesheet, but elements are not populated.

The customer can select manually the absence element name though, so absence element names are available in hours type, but they are not getting defaulted when the timecard is created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Absence Hour Types are to be populated in the timesheet default.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable setup for Absence Integration to OTL according to HR – OTL Absence Integration Technical Brief (Doc ID 1122794.1)
2. Navigate to HRMS Manager > Fast path > Absence > Create absence for the employee in HR application.
3. Navigate to Self Service Time> Create timecard.
4. Try to create timecard for the employee.
5. The first row of the timecard is pre-populated with Absence Measures, but Hour Type LOV is blank.
