R12: AP: View Payment Tab Greyed Out In AP Inquiry Responsibilities (Doc ID 2955778.1)

When Trying to open the invoice workbench and query for an invoice the View Payments tab is disabled or Greyed Out

 Steps to Reproduce

1) Payables Manager --> Invoices --> Entry

2) Query for an old invoice or create a new invoice

3) Navigate to View Payments tab

 Due to this issue the View Payment tab is not accessible to view the payment details

Changes

 A new Custom Function was created with all the same details as the Oracle standard function "Invoice Payments" and the new function has been added to the Menu entry .

 System Administrator --> Applications --> Menu

Get the correct Main Menu for the responsibility and then assign the new custom function XX"Invoice Payments" to this Menu
