PAXURVPS: Project Status Inquiry Screen Shows Budget Is Overused for the Project (Doc ID 2956167.1)

Symptoms

Project Status Inquiry screen shows that the budget amount used while creating a Purchase Order is greater than allotted amount.

In this particular case, the budget as viewed from Project Status Inquiry screen is 184,699,058.00 for Task 1. 

The Purchase Order amount is 194,567,469.06 which is more than the budget amount.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

1. Log in to Projects responsibility

2. Navigate to Projects Status Inquiry Screen.

3. Query your project and check the budget amount.

4. Log in to Purchasing responsibility.

5. Navigate to Purchase Order screen.

6. Create and book a Purchase Order of amount more than allotted budget amount.
