Symptoms

The output of the concurrent request is not being delivered from email using Delivery Option while Submitting Concurrent Request.

The following error can be seen in the FNDOPP debug log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the concurrent request.
2. Delivery Options button is selected for sending an Email Notification.
3. The email is not sent.
