Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Setups
After Autocreating an Award by processing requisition, we are not able to increase the Award amount more than the requisition amount and getting error
ERROR
-----------------------
Row 1 Fund Value - Line 0001, Schedule 1, Distribution 1 - Funded value of the PO distribution is greater than its corresponding Requisition distribution.
Row 1 Fund Value - Line 0001, Schedule 1, Distribution 1 - Backing Purchase Requisition of the PO distribution does not have sufficient funds.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requisition and approved with Funding
2. AutoCreate Award from approved Requisition
3. Increase the Award amount more than the Requisition and getting the error
