Symptoms

Some expenditures in the GMS_EVENT_INTERSECT table shows that event_type for "REVENUE" type has been created.  Running the GMS: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Award process did not generate revenue.  The output files shows the Rejection Reason of,

Replication steps:

1. > Grants responsibility > Reports > Run.

2. Run the GMS: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Award.

3. The output files shows the Rejection Reason of, The project does not have an eligible event or expenditure item.

4. Run the query,

select * from GMS.gms_event_intersect where award_project_id = &award_project_id and event_type = 'REVENUE';
