Symptoms
Not able to fetch the payable invoice details in the process recovery form.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India responsibility.
2. Go to Recovery Management > Process Recovery.
3. Query the Payable Invoice using Document number field.
4. Observe no details got fetched.
