Performance Issue - EAM Asset Navigation Page Dropdown Actions Takes Time To Open (Self Service) (Doc ID 2956868.1)

Once the asset is fetched, click on the any of drop down actions (Hierarchy/ configuration history) and hit go.

The page takes time to load for the first search, while the subsequent searches are faster.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use any responsibility that has the ability to create and update Assets
2. Navigate to Maintenance home -> Select Org PAT -> Click on Assets tab.
3. In the Asset search page, search for asset number and hit GO.
4. Once the asset is displayed, under the view action button, select from the drop down “hierarchy/ configuration history” and hit go.
5. No error is thrown, but once you hit go, we see it takes longer time for the page to load for the first-time search. But when searched the same again the performance is faster.
