R12: AP: Audit Tables Are Not Capturing The Data

Symptoms
Customer have enabled the Audit Trail for the IBY table iby_ext_bank_accounts but still the data is not captured in the Audit tables.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Enable the Audit Trail for the IBY tables by referring the (Doc ID 848039.1)
- Go to Suppliers > Banking Details > Make the changes on the columns enabled for Audit
- Save
- Query the Audit tables created with _A(iby_ext_bank_accounts_a) and no data found
