R12: AP: Audit Tables Are Not Capturing The Data (Doc ID 2956981.1)

Symptoms

Customer have enabled the Audit Trail for the IBY table iby_ext_bank_accounts but still the data is not captured in the Audit tables.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Enable the Audit Trail for the IBY tables by referring the (Doc ID 848039.1)
  2. Go to Suppliers > Banking Details > Make the changes on the columns enabled for Audit
  3. Save
  4. Query the Audit tables created with _A(iby_ext_bank_accounts_a) and no data found
