Goal

Task Assignment Dates do not get updated When status changed manually.

  1. Login to Applications
  2. Navigate to Create Service Request page and Query Service Request
  3. Go to Task tab.Update task status from Completed to Working with new scheduled date. 
    See system not updating the assignment start and end dates.. Is this intended?
