Symptoms
In iProcurement, while submitting a requisition for approval, selecting the Change Managerial Approver radio button from the Manage Approvers button, and searching for a new approver, the new approver is not displayed in the Approvals graphical region. Instead, the default approver is displayed. The user expects the application to change to a new approver when using the Manage Approvers button.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite.
2. Open iProcurement responsibility, create a non-catalog request, add it to the shopping cart, and checkout.
3. From the shopping cart page, click on the Edit button.
4. From the Edit and Submit Requisition <requisition number> page, click on the Manage Approvers button.
5. From the Approvers pop-up, select the Change Managerial Approver radio button, search for a new approver, and click on the Submit button. The new approver is not displayed in the Approvals graphical region. Instead, the default approver is displayed.
