Symptoms

Profiles of type "Printed" are not displayed in the List of Values (LOV) for the Payment Process Profiles field in the Payments Workbench form.

Steps to replicate
==============================
1) Open the Payments Workbench form (Payments > Entry > Payments)
2) Enter a new payment leaving the Bank Account field blank
3) Use the LOV in the Payment Process Profiles Field.
Note that no profiles of type "Printed" are listed
