Compilation Fails with 'PLS-00302: component 'MISC_DIST_TBL_TYPE' must be declared' for Receivables Packages After Upgrade (Doc ID 2957478.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to compile receivables standard objects AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB, ARP_PROC_RCT_UTIL and ARP_PROCESS_MISC_RECEIPTS after upgrade /patch application, the following error occurs:

PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated
PLS-00302: component 'MISC_DIST_TBL_TYPE' must be declared



Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open ADADMIN tool
2. From AD Administration Main Menu choose option 3: Compile/Reload Applications Database Entities menu
3. From the new menu opened, choose option 1: Compile APPS schema

Changes

 Upgrade or patch application.
