Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Invoice Issues
When attempting to click on All distribution button on Invoice workbench form , the following error occurs:

APP-SQLAP-97734: The system cannot generate distributions for line 1 because: &TOKEN2
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility > Query the invoice
2. Click on All Distribution Button
3. The above error appears.
4. If user create a new invoice and try to enter distribution details, again the same error appears.
