How to change Organization and Job in Position definition form for an existing Position

Steps

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Using Global HRMS Manager Responsibility.

2. Go to Position -> Description.

3. Query a Position.

4. Go to Organization and Job column.

5. Organization and Job column value is grey out and cannot change their existing value.
