Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------
Unable to select the recipient organization through the list of values present(LOV) in the outbound transaction page and the page is stuck.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Recipient organization should be selected through the LOV without any issue.

STEPS
-------
1. Log into Intercompany super user responsibility.
2. Navigate to Outbound transaction page.
3. Create a new transaction and enter the header information.
4. In the line information choose the recipient organization using the LOV.
5. The LOV does not appear and the whole page is stuck / frozen.
