For NOA 885, CPDF Edits 370.30.2 and 821.09.2 Are Getting Fired Because the Prior Standard Basic Pay Supplement Is Being Populated In the EHRI Dynamics Report (Doc ID 2957766.1)

Symptoms

 

Problem Statement:

For NOA 885, The Central Personnel Data File (CPDF)  Edits 370.30.2 and 821.09.2 are getting fired because the Prior Standard Basic Pay Supplement is being populated in the Ehri Dynamics Report.

NOA Family Code not equal 'AWARD', 'GHR_INCENTIVE', OR First NOA Code = '885', OR Second NOA Code = '885'

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run Ehri Dynamic Report 4.2 and Ehri Dynamic Report 4.3

  2.  DoD agencies processed multiple NOA 885s for Pay Plans D# or N#.
     
  3. When the agency submitted the Ehri Dynamic Reports to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the OPM reported back to the component that the Central Personnel Data File (CPDF )  Edits 370.30.2 and 821.09.2 are    firing because the Prior Standard Basic Pay Supplement is being populated in the Ehri Dynamics Report.
