Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When employees attempt to create absences in self-service the following error occurs on the create absence page:
1.The descriptive flexfield with application name Human Resources (PER) and name Additional Absence Details (PER_ABSENCE_ATTENDANCES) is not compiled.
Please contact your system administrator
2.DescriptiveFlexUtil Exception : DescriptiveFlexfield constructor error. The descriptive flexfield with application name Human Resources (PER) and name Additional Absence Details (PER_ABSENCE_ATTENDANCES) is not compiled.
