Symptoms

When attempting create lease on clicking generate draft status is Complete in progress as Lease Detail Report(LDR) fails to generate.

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Property Manager Responsibility -> Leases -> Enter and Maintain -> New -> Create Lease -> Save changes -> Click Generate draft
