Symptoms
Manually applied tax category on BPA/Releases is not flowing to Inventory receipt.
Tax category if available on BPA/Release must flow to Receipt.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------
1. Navigate to Oracle Purchasing.
2. Create BPA. Apply tax category manually.
3. Create Release.
4. Create Receipt.
5. Navigate to tools > India Tax Details.
