When running PRC: Generate Asset Lines for a Single Project, Generate Asset Lines Exceptions shows the following exception for few events: 

Step to reproduce:

1. From projects responsibility, navigate to View > Requests > Submit a New Request
2. Run PRC: Generate Asset Lines for a Single Project
3. Open the output after the request is completed and check the issue in section: Generate Asset Lines Exceptions.
4. Navigate to Capitalization > Capital Projects.
5. Enter the Project Number and click 'Find'
6. Notice negative CIP amount.
