ECC (Enterprise Command Center) Dashboard Are Not Showing Data on "Current Period - Payroll" tab: "Assignment County by Payroll" and "Amounts by Payroll" (Doc ID 2958274.1)

While trying to launch the Payroll Dashboard the 'Amounts by Payroll' section of the 'Current period - Payroll' tab in ECC is showing 'No data to display' and also The 'Assignment Count by Payrol' section does not show the bar graph.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Payroll Professional responsibility

2. Navigate to Payroll Dashboard > Current period - Payroll tab

3. Observed that  "Assignment County by Payroll" and "Amounts by Payroll" are not showing any data in the respective section
