Symptoms

Users Are getting error while updating results against a particular child Quality Collection Plan:

APP-QA-16254: Error Occurred while generating sequence number. Please contact system administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Quality
2. [N] Results > Entry > Update Quality Results
3. Try to update a value in a child plan.
