BNE Fails To Open Excel File - Error 502 Bad Gateway (Doc ID 2958528.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download WebAdi spreadsheet, the following error occurs. Customer is facing issues in download OOXML document from the instance where
load balancer and SSL were enabled.

ERROR
502 Bad Gateway

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using WebAdi responsibility > Create Document > Attempt to create spreadsheet for various integrators
2. The Error is raised
