On : 12.2 version, Database for Application Technology

When attempting post clone steps in EBS database,
the following error occurs.

adcvmlog.xml renamed to /opt/oracle/product/19c/dbhome_2/appsutil/log/taps_oraawsdmeg001/06130530/adcvmlog.xml.06130431
