"Signon Audit Unsuccessful Logins (FNDSCSRL.rdf)" Shows Corrupted Date In Japanese Report (Doc ID 2959331.1)

Symptoms

When run "Signon Audit Unsuccessful Logins (FNDSCSRL.rdf)" in Japanese, specified parameters in DD-MON-RRRR format are corrupted.

For example, when you input

 From=15-OCT-2022
 To=15-NOV-2022

but its report shows

 From=5-OCT-22
 To=5-NOV-22.

They should be 15-OCT-22 and 15-NOV-22.

STEPS

  1. Run "Signon Audit Unsuccessful Logins (FNDSCSRL.rdf)" in Japanese
  2. specify parameters in DD-MON-RRRR format like
    From=15-OCT-2022
    To=15-NOV-2022
