Values Are Displayed Under Wrong Columns in the Details of Retro Entry from RetroPay Enhanced Results Page After Running Retropay (Enhanced) or Quick Retropay (Enhanced) Process (Doc ID 2959474.1)

Symptoms

After running Retropay (Enhanced) or Quick Retropay (Enhanced) process, when reviewing the Details of Retro Entry from RetroPay Enhanced Results page it has been observed that the values are displayed under wrong columns.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Under Global HRMS Manager Responsibility or equivalent.

  2.  Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'Running Retropay (Enhanced)' or 'Quick Retropay (Enhanced)' process.
     
  3.  Navigate to View > Retropay Enhanced Results > RetroPay Enhanced Results page > Query for employee > Go.

  4.  Click on the value under Full Name column from RetroPay Assignment Actions table > Click on Details column icon from RetroPay Entries table.

  5.  Observe that the values are displayed under wrong columns in Details of Retro Entry.
