Symptoms

When attempting to run the "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project" or the "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects" program with the profile option "PA: Debug Mode" set to Yes at any level,
the program completes with error.

The log file shows the following error:

-This error occurs when running for any project.


Steps to Reproduce

-In the System Administration responsibility:
1. Navigate to: Profile > System
2. Query profile 'PA: Debug Mode'
3. Set this profile option to Yes at any level. Save.

-In a Projects responsibility:
1. Navigate to: Other > Requests > Run > Single Request
2. Select Name: "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project" or the "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects" program
3. Enter necessary for parameters and run the program.
4. It completed in error.
5. Review the log file which shows: "Cursor -1: ORA-02097: parameter cannot be modified because specified value is inv"
