"View Order" Hyperlink Navigates to a Random Purchase Order Incorrectly, Instead of Opening the Correct Purchase Order

STEPS TO REPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project Procurement ECC (Buyer) -> Project Procurement -> Project Documents
2. Click on Orders Tab -> Click on view Order Icon - >
3. Find that View Order hyperlink navigation to random order and not to the correct one in Purchasing ECC.
i.e - When user Clicks on View Order for Purchase Order Number XXXXX, System is navigating to different order (Purchase Order Number # YYYYY)
