Award (OF347 Form) Won't Check Business Set-Aside (Box 11) Even When Selected In CLM (Doc ID 2961023.1)

Last updated on JULY 17, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector - Version 12.2.10 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Award/PO

Incomplete Awards using OF347 as Standard Form do not get the options chosen under the Competitive Information reflected in the related PDF when user attempts to "View PDF".

Fields such as 'Set Aside Type' with a list of values including "Total Small Business", "HUBZone","Competitive 8(a)", "HUBZone Sole Source", "Partial Small Business", etc. does not get checkbox marked off in the PDF file for the respective value chosen at the form.

Incomplete Award Competitive Information selections for 'Set Aside Type' should be reflected in the PDF file when user tries to "View PDF" for that award.
The same works correctly without the problem for Standard Form SF1449.

Example:

→ Competitive Information selection in the form (i.e.: "Total Small Business" selected):

→ Business classification section in the PDF does not show the checkbox marked per selection above:

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. In UCG Contracting Specialist Responsibility > CLM Buyer Work Center > Demand Workbench > Awards tab
  2. Search any incomplete award that is using OF347 as Standard Form
  3. Click the Award > Update
  4. Scroll Down Page and Locate: "Competitive Information"
  5. Select any value for Set Aside Type under Competitive Information (i.e. HubZone or Total Small Business)
  6. Save the change
  7. Go to Actions: Select: "View PDF" ->> Click: "GO" ->>
  8. In resulting PDF HubZone or Small business checkbox is not selected as the 'Set Aside Type' under 'Business Classification' section (Box 11)
