When attempting to apply a Prepayment on a Standard invoice, there is difference/rounding of 0.01

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Payables Responsibility
2.Invoice>Entry>Invoices
3.Query a Standard Invoice and Try to apply a Prepayment on the Standard invoice.
4.There is difference or rounding of 0.01 at the time of Prepayment application
