Symptoms


When attempting to update salary components via API hr_upload_proposal_api.upload_salary_proposal,
the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: Salary component cannot be created for this salary proposal.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Call API hr_upload_proposal_api.upload_salary_proposal

  2. Pass values for Salary Components
