When trying to launch learner content, following error appears

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to "Learner Self-Service" responsibility.

2. Navigate to My Learning -> Learner Home.

3. In the Learning Home Page, click on any Learning Path and try to play the Video content.

4. Encounter the above error
