Symptoms

When attempting to run ECC Run Data Load program for QP-LINES, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ECC Developer.
2. Run ECC Run Data Load with Full Load type and QP-LINES data set.
3. Get error.
