Error While Entering the Value for the "Bill to Party LOV" In WebADI Template (Doc ID 2961739.1)

Symptoms

Error occurs while attempting to enter a value for the "Bill to Party" LOV in Sales Data Upload.


Following error has occurrs:


Cannot execute SQL Statement.
Cause: A low level API call failed.
Action: Please note this error to your support representative.
Statement: SELECT PARTY_ID,PARTY_NAME,PARTY_NAME FROM HZ_PARTIES
WHERE (STATUS = 'A' AND PARTY_TYPE = 'ORGANIZATION')
AND UPPER(ACCOUNT_NUMBER) LIKE :BNESQLCRI2 ORDER BY 2
Bind values used in SQL statement: %XXX%% Log File Bookmark: 123340


Steps:
1. Navigate to Indirect Sales Management (IDSM) >> Sales Data Upload.
2. Click on "Import Batch".
3. Select the Excel version.
4. Select the layout having "Bill to Party" in the line.
(e.g. Trade Management Tracing - Simple Layout)
5. Enter the batch number and download.
6. Open the excel in Macro mode.
7. Open the Bill to party LOV in the line.
8. Search in the lov with the party name like TEST123.
