Manual Discount Modifiers Are Not Saving In the View Adjustment Form (Doc ID 2962014.1)

Symptoms

 When adding manual discount (modifier) and saving, the discount is not calculated in the view adjustment form

1.Responsibility : Oracle Order Management
2.Navigate to Orders Return
3.Enter order

Steps WHEN NOT WORKING:
1- On the line,  enter the item and save 
2- Action > View Adjustment in order to add manual modifiers
3- In view Adjustment, on second line, add  manual price break surcharge of 7.70$ --> price being adjust = WORKING
4- SAVE
5- close the window view adjustment and realize missed something on manual modifier , and return to the form again
6- In view adjustment , on the third line,  add another manual price break of 20$ --> the adjusted amount field STAYS BLANK = NOT WORKING.

Steps WHEN WORKING:
1- On the line, enter the item and press save
2- Action > View Adjustment in order to add   manual modifiers
3- In view Adjustment, on second line,  add one manual price break surcharge of 7.70$ --> price being adjust = WORKING
4- In view Adjustment, on third line, add one  manual price break surcharge of 20$ --> price being adjust = WORKING
5- In view Adjustment, on fourth line, add manual price break surcharge of 11.55$ --> price being adjust = WORKING
6- Save
