On : 12.2.10 version, Reports Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Periodic Material and Receiving Distribution Detail (CSTRPMDD) report is not showing the quantity for the COGS Recognition transaction.

Release 12.1.3 shows correct quantity.

Rlease 12.2.10, it is no longer showing the same quantity (Shows Zero - 0.00)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Cost Management Responsibility
2.View >Requests>
3.Run the Periodic Material and Receiving Distribution Detail (CSTRPMDD) report in 12.1.3 and 12.2.10 instances and compare
