While trying to access the "Upload Third Party Skills" Function, the following error occurs

ERROR

"Requested resource or page is not allowed in this site"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Global HRMS Manager.

2. Navigate to Career Management.

3. Click on the function "Upload Third Party Skills".

4. System shows the above error
