Error When Launching Maintenance Workbench - ORA-01403: No Data Found (Doc ID 2962409.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the Maintenance workbench for an entire department or area or for a particular asset group having a huge number of asset numbers, the following error occurs.

ORA-01403: no data found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Enterprise Asset Management
2. [N] Work Order Planning > Maintenance Workbench
3. Enter just 1 criteria like Owning Department or Area or a big Asset Group
4. If entering more restrictive criteria the error does not occur.
