INVIDITM: Items Form Allows Updating Lead Time Attributes At Child Organization When Item Attribute Control Is Master (Doc ID 2962445.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Items form allows updating lead time attributes at Child org when Attribute control as "Master"
Impacted attributes are -
1. Processing lead time
2. Pre-processing lead time
3. Post-processing lead time
4. Fixed lead time

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Items > Organization items
2. Go to Lead times tab > See below attributes can be updated at Org level > Processing lead time, Pre-processing lead time, Post-processing lead time, Fixed lead time
3. Inventory > Setup> Items > Attribute Controls > Query for Attribute group "Lead times" > See control level is "Master" -> The issue is user is still able to update these attributes at "Organization" level though the control level shows "Master".
