Federal and State Tax Remittance Report Manager (PYFTRMGR)
Symptoms
1. Using the US SUPER HRMS Manager Responsibility or Equivalent.
2. When submitting the Concurrent Program > Federal State Tax Remittance Report the State MISC4 deduction is not included.
Parameters used to submit the report: Starting Check Date, Ending Check Date, GRE, Federal No, State - Washington, Dimension YTD
3. The Washington Long Term Care (LTC) is reported in the State MISC4 element and should be included in the Federal State Tax Remittance Report.
4. Applied Patch.35161118:R12.PAY.C: WASHINGTON CARES FUND CONTRIBUTIONS BEGIN 01-JUL-23.
5. Submitted the Data Install and Hrglobal as recommended by the readme of the patch.
6. Submit a payroll or quick pay.
7. Navigate to > People > Enter/Maintain > Assignment > Others > QuickPay Run > View Results > SOE Report > Confirmed the Statement of Earnings (SOE) reports the State MISC4 deduction.
8. Confirmed other Oracle delivered Reports are correctly including the State MISC4 deduction to include the: Payroll Register, US Gross To Net, Payroll Activity Report, Employee Periodic Detail Report are correctly reporting the State MISC4 employee deduction.
9. Observe on the Federal State Tax Remittance Report the State MISC4 is not reported.
