Symptoms

CLE: Domestic Recapitulative Statement VAT Report has poor performance and fails with ORA-01422

CLE: Domestic Recapitulative Statement VAT report ends in warning and no output is generated.

Observe the OPP log shows below error:-

oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Cannot convert to number.

Unhandled exception in fetching transaction details ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Equally the program runs for long time


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization Responsibility
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request
3. Run CLE: Domestic Recapitulative Statement VAT Report
