When attempting to update the Blanket Agreement in iProcurement Catalog Administration Responsibility, the following error occurs.

ERROR
This action is not allowed. The upload is either pending or is in progress for this Blanket Purchase Agreement.


STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Navigate to Iprocurement Catalog Administration Responsibility
2. Click on Agreements Tab >> Summary Subtab.
3. Query the agreement.
4. Choose the agreement, Click on actions and choose update and hit "Go" button.
5. Above error occurs.
