Symptoms

When the user is trying to import items using WebADI template, the concurrent request called ‘EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program’ consistently completes with an Error status as per below.

Error

Application: EGO, Message name: EGO_BATCH_ORG_NOT_VALID

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Engineering responsibility
2. ECO Manager>Batch Import>Import Items>Import from Excel>Item Categories>Import
3. When checking the triggered EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program - see the error
