Sales Order Line History is Updated on All Lines of the Order When Only One Line is Updated (Doc ID 2962716.1)

Symptoms

Finds that when updating a single line on a sales order and clicking save,
all of the orders lines' history is updated on this sales order by this specific user.

Expects only the line that was updated to be updated by this specific user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Create a sales order with at least 2 lines. Save.
4. Review record history of each order line.

Line 1.1 record history:
  shows updated by: ABC
  updated date: 02-JUN-2023 10:00:47

Line 2.1 record history:
  shows updated by: ABC
  updated date: 02-JUN-2023 10:00:47

5. Log out of the application
6. Log back into the application as user = ZZZ
7. ONLY update quantity on line 1.1 from 1 to 8 and save.

Line 1.1 record history:
  shows updated by: ZZZ
  updated date: 02-JUN-2023 10:04:49

However, Line 2.1 record history also shows updated by: ZZZ
  updated date: 02-JUN-2023 10:04:49
