When trying to close a project in the Projects form (PAXPREPR) the following error is encountered in the form:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to the Projects form.

2. Enter the Project Number and click 'Find' and the click 'Open'.

3. In the Status field select Close and try to save.
