Symptoms
When trying to perform move transaction against particular job, the following error occurs:
Error:
APP-WIP-25305: Could not lock row because it has already been locked by another user
Steps to reproduce:
1. [R] Work in Process
2. [N] WIP > Move Transactions > Move Transactions form.
3. Select particular job and operation.
4. Clear the record. This makes the job to get the error when trying again to move it.
